Order
Processing:
Most orders are processed and sent within 24 hours, but please
allow a few extra days for some orders, this is especially so if
we need to research an unlisted name for you. If we expect any
delays we will contact you with details. Also, please check our service
status page for details.
Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Delta, Visa
Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Solo/Maestro, American Express
and PayPal. Please use the Shopping
Cart system for ALL methods of payment. Credit/debit card payments are processed securely by PayPal
- you don't need a PayPal account to make a credit or debit card
payment.
Postal
Cost:
A £1.00 post and packing charge is applied to all orders.
Delivery:
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery in the UK and
AirMail to countries outside of the UK.
Refunds:
Because the scrolls and greetings cards we create and sell are personalised with names,
dates and other information, it's not possible to offer
refunds on the printed scrolls and greetings cards. Although unlikely, should you
receive a scroll or card that is displaying an error, please contact us
before returning to us. We will then be able to immediately
replace the scroll or greetings card, or you may request a refund in this instance.
Where
a refund is available and applied (as above), we strongly
recommend that you return items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered returns. Refunds
will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items.
